Yesterday I saw a freacky cheater for the first time in my life!
It was so freacky annoying! I wonder how this guy had fun with! Checked his Nick and he had a kdr from 80.44.
In 1d23hr he became level 45.

I just don't get why he didn't got banned before!
Some server should notice that or what?

In all likelihood, yes.
I guess the server, where you played and met this guy, is not streaming to PBBans or else.
The chance to meet such guys on our server, or a streaming server at all, is highly improbable because of different security checks of several game relevant configs.

Looked at the stats of these guys, they went platina with the weapons in less then 2 hours of gaming with it.
